Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information: the email address you sign up with and any profile fields you provide voluntarily.
• API usage metadata: timestamp, model identifier, token / call counts, latency, and HTTP status. By default we do not store the prompt content or model response bodies.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive an opaque customer identifier and the transaction status; we do not see card details.
• Operational logs: IP addresses and request headers retained briefly for abuse detection and security investigations.

2. How we use it

• To provide, maintain, and improve the OminiGate gateway.
• To meter usage, calculate billing, and present accurate balance and history information in your dashboard.
• To investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents, and policy violations.
• To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, important account notices).

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your prompts or completions to train any model.

3. Retention

• API usage metadata is retained for billing reconciliation purposes for a rolling window. Specific retention windows will be confirmed when this policy is finalized.
• Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to satisfy legal and accounting obligations.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data associated with your account by emailing contact@ominigate.ai. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a small number of functional cookies — primarily a locale preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and an authenticated session token. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Subprocessors

We rely on a small number of subprocessors to operate the service, including upstream model providers, our cloud infrastructure provider, and Stripe for payments. A formal list will be published when this policy is finalized.

7. Updates to this policy

We will publish material updates to this policy on this page and update the Last updated date above. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
